How then do we make a difference? By being intentional. Colossians 3:23 commands, “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.” When you approach life with the mindset that you are working for God, it changes everything. Your profession, your responsibilities, and your relationships take on new meaning. You start to see every action, every word, and every decision as an opportunity to reflect God’s love, justice, and mercy.
But making a difference requires action. It’s not enough to dream or wish for change; we must step out in faith and do the work. James 2:17 reminds us, “Faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead.” God has placed gifts, talents, and opportunities in your hands. Now is the time to use them.
