The NRM Secretary General, Rt. Hon. Richard Todwong has commended the government of China for generously contributing to Uganda’s growth and development, as well as the prosperity of Ugandans, through numerous infrastructure projects.
He made this statement today at the NRM Headquarters, located at Plot 10, Kyadondo Road, Kampala, as he hosted a delegation from the Communist Party of China (CPC). He added that “We have shared a great deal, and they have invited me to Beijing for two days to discuss further issues and attend an international conference that gathers political party leaders from across the globe.”
Todwong who described the CPC visit to the NRM as very fruitful, said the party looks forward to consolidating further discussions in the interest of both Uganda and China.
