Museveni’s criminal empire, rotten to its very core, has once again unleashed a demonic wave of state terror against Ugandans. The vile dictatorship, now in its final days of desperation, is kidnapping opposition figures with the brutality of a rabid animal clinging to power. The ghost of ‘Panda Gari’—Uganda’s darkest era of state-orchestrated abductions—has been resurrected with a venomous vengeance. The bloodstained hands of Museveni’s security goons are dragging National Unity Platform (NUP) members into the abyss, their only crime being defiance against the decayed and crumbling NRM dictatorship.
Fred Nyanzi Ssentamu, Bobi Wine’s elder brother and NUP’s Head of Mobilization, was kidnapped in broad daylight like a scene straight out of a horror film. Armed thugs—Museveni’s hired mercenaries—ambushed him at Ku Bbiri roundabout, guns drawn, and stuffed him into one of the government’s infamous drone vehicles, the mobile slaughterhouses of the regime. Where is Nyanzi? Is he being beaten to a pulp in some dingy torture chamber? Is he still alive, or has he already been thrown into one of Uganda’s many unmarked mass graves? The dictatorship, like the collection of spineless cowards it is, has refused to say a word.
Nyanzi is not the only one devoured by Museveni’s bloodthirsty security apparatus. Four more NUP members—Mercy Walukamba, Rovans Alex Lwanyaga, Rahma Juma, and Kayabura Eddie—were snatched off the streets in Mpigi District by the regime’s uniformed hyenas. Witnesses watched in horror as these unarmed citizens were violently seized, their dignity ripped away by Museveni’s mindless brutes. Where are they? Locked in underground dungeons? Writhing in pain from electric shocks and molten plastic? Or has the dictatorship already disposed of them like garbage, their corpses buried under cover of darkness?
The police, the military, and all other state agencies remain silent, confirming the undeniable truth—Uganda is no longer a country but a crime syndicate run by a deranged, aging dictator and his trigger-happy lapdogs. This isn’t law enforcement; it’s outright terrorism. Museveni’s Uganda does not arrest—it kidnaps. It does not detain—it tortures. It does not investigate—it murders.
These latest abductions follow fresh threats from the dictator’s reckless, dim-witted son, Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba, the clown masquerading as Commander of the Defense Forces (CDF). The pampered, spoon-fed tyrant-in-waiting took to X (formerly Twitter) to issue a chilling warning—he vowed to unleash terror on Bobi Wine’s party. And as expected, his father’s bloodthirsty militias immediately went to work, proving that Uganda’s so-called military is nothing more than a gang of state-sponsored assassins.
The return of ‘Panda Gari’ is a grim testament to the horrors inflicted on Ugandans during the 2021 elections. Hundreds of NUP supporters were plucked from their homes and workplaces, never to be seen again. Some were dumped in forests, their bodies burned, their families left in eternal agony. Others were released as broken shells, their bones shattered, their skin scarred from electrocution. To this day, families still cry out for their missing loved ones. Where are they? If they were butchered like animals, where are their remains? Museveni and his death squad commanders know the truth, but like the unrepentant killers they are, they choose silence over accountability.
Uganda is now nothing more than a killing field. The government of Uganda has declared war on its own people, turning the police, military, and intelligence services into ruthless death squads. Citizens live in fear, not knowing who will be abducted next. The world watches in silence, issuing pathetic statements of “concern” that Museveni spits on before signing off on the next round of executions.
Ugandans must wake up to the horrifying reality—this is just the beginning. Museveni’s regime is suffocating under its own corruption, and like every crumbling dictatorship before it, it will grow more desperate and more violent. But history is clear—every tyrant meets a bitter end. The innocent blood spilled by this regime cries for justice, and when the tables turn, those responsible for these atrocities will have nowhere to hide. They will answer for their crimes, and Uganda will be free.
