Lately, it is hard to read news feeds without seeing something about Longevity (in like living to age 350). If you do not believe me, try reading your news on your “Smart” Phone.

Prior to the current trend of LONGEVITY, we used to be bombarded with the Blue Zone lifestyle. As usual, many people are now following the Blue Zone diet because they also want to live until age 115. Can you blame them?

Now, with the LONGEVITY…

I read something last week that one of the Gentlemen, actually, the biggest funder and researcher about living very long… well, he spends something like USD $2m on his research and work and his health… yearly. He is spending minimum USD $2m to prolong his life while documenting how others could do it. In fact, he collaborates with scientists in some of the best universities in the world.

Given how many people are suffering in the world, hunger, depravation, nebilala nebilala…. Why would you want to live forever? At your age, what have you done for humanity so that you think you should live forever? ** Elon Musk is not allowed to comment**

You take 50 pills daily (vitamins, minerals, etc..) to stay young. Some of us cannot even take 3 pills a day but you take 50 and it is one of your suggestions for those who want to live a long life!! WAPI … there is no way this will work in Uganda. I think we shall just get our nutrients from the food we grow and cook.

If you want to live forever, clone yourself.
