Oderek Rwabwogo, the loathsome parasite feeding on Uganda’s wealth, stands exposed as the true enemy of the people. Masquerading as a patriot and visionary, Rwabwogo has been revealed as nothing more than a vile thief, exploiting his close ties to the First Family to orchestrate one of the most heinous looting sprees in Uganda’s history. Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba’s damning revelation strips away the mask, leaving the ugly truth bare for all to see.
Rwabwogo’s Presidential Advisory Committee on Exports and Industrial Development (PACEID) is nothing but a nefarious front for his greedy schemes. This so-called think tank, which claims to be the savior of Uganda’s economy, is in reality a den of thieves, siphoning off billions meant for the development of the nation. The grand promises of doubling Uganda’s exports are nothing more than a smokescreen, designed to distract the public while Rwabwogo and his cronies rob the country blind.
While Ugandans toil under the crushing weight of poverty, corruption, and mismanagement, Rwabwogo wallows in obscene luxury, his pockets lined with the spoils of his theft. His disgusting hypocrisy is beyond belief—he preaches economic transformation while doing everything in his power to ensure Uganda remains chained to the grinding stone of underdevelopment. His initiative’s “ambitious goals” are as hollow as the man himself, serving only to enrich his bank account while Uganda’s infrastructure collapses and its markets are suffocated by his greed.
The recent arrest of Igara East MP Michael Mawanda on corruption charges only underscores the grotesque double standards at play. Mawanda, like many before him, was a convenient scapegoat, sacrificed to maintain the illusion of accountability, while Rwabwogo, the true architect of corruption, continues to operate with impunity. This glaring injustice is a slap in the face to every Ugandan, a clear declaration that in Museveni’s Uganda, the law is a tool of oppression, reserved only for those without connections to the palace of thieves.
Ugandans must awaken to the horrifying reality that Rwabwogo is not just a thief, but a cancer eating away at the very soul of the nation. The so-called PACEID is a legalized racket, a monstrous machine designed to strip Uganda of its wealth and dignity. The time for polite discourse is over; it’s time to denounce Rwabwogo for what he truly is—a bloodsucker, a conman, and an unrepentant criminal. The truth is now out, and no amount of Presidential protection can shield him from the wrath of a betrayed nation.
