The other day when I was in Church, our Priest made announcements. He told us that our Local Food Bank (Vestair) will appreciate fresh veggies, fruits & herbs.

Then the couple who cordinates (Sp) our Anglican Parish of Shediac’s Food Drive, Giselle talked.

This Summer has been great for Gardens. Some of us are lucky to have a Garden.

Now, yesterday, in one of the FB groups, someone posted that they had too many beets and were bottling or pickling. “What do I do with the Extra?” I commented “Give them to your Local Foodbank.

Food Banks usually get donationas of preserves. And you are on FB asking what you shoild do with your extra veggies & apples? People, be serious.
