I usually post my Church Stories on FB. Today, I am posting on my Team’s website.

For those out of the loop, I go to Saint Martin in The Woods – Anglican Patish of Shediac.

I will spare you the long write up. You can watch our today’s 10:30am Service on this Link

Anyway, it was a was a good service but we were very sad.

Now, when Fr. Brent was preaching (the Sermon), he started with 5 loaves of bread and 2 fish. In my head “he is gomna mention The God of Small Things.

He did. Eventually. Goes “Even Jesus said let the small children come to me”.

On cue, Juliette steps out into the hallway. Jules is aroind age 18mths. During Communion, towards the end, she ran up to alter. Ducked to behind the alter. There is this scene when Juliette’s mom goes to get her. Fr. Brent walked around to behind the alter, picked up Jules, held her close to his chest. Then went to hand her to the mom. Jules grabbed his Priest Robe and held it. Almost like “I need you to hold me a bit longer”.

Have a Fantabuous Week. I prayed for you and for us all.
