The Central Police Station in Kampala has successfully apprehended another suspect in connection to the aggravated robbery incident involving Mr Mugisha Tomson, aged 40, which was captured on CCTV.
Mugisa Derrick, also known as Musota, was arrested today around the Nakivubo Channel in the city centre.
It is alleged that Mugisa is the individual who delivered the kick that incapacitated Mr Tomson and continued to assault him until he was unconscious.
Mugisa has confessed to both the act of kicking and the robbery.
Mugisa Derrick joins two other suspects already in custody: Senyonjo Peter, also known as Kakima, and Nuur Lweyama, also known as Mu TZ (Tanzania).
