ROME | TASS | Ukraine’s leadership admits that the ground conflict with Russia has become stagnant due to delays in arms deliveries.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky expressed concerns about the current situation on the ground, citing evident stagnation due to delays in the supply of weapons, which, in turn, contribute to mistakes. In an interview with the first channel of Italian state television RAI, he acknowledged the need for not only ammunition but also modern military equipment for Ukraine.

While Zelensky positively assessed operations at sea, he emphasized the importance of a comprehensive renewal of administrative and management personnel throughout the country, extending beyond the military sector.

“We need a reset and a new start… This concerns not one person, but a group of managers and not only in the military sector,” Zelensky stated in response to a question about the possible resignation of Ukrainian Commander-in-Chief Valery Zaluzhny during the interview with RAI.
