Whoever hacked that website searched for every post called “Cartoon of the Week” and did a bulk delete of all the posts. The person also seems to also have searched our Media Library for Cartoons and bulk deleted all our cartoons.

I hesitated to mention this till after our team had re-uploaded all the cartoons (2021, 2022, 2023, 2024) – Done now.

We have now turned on Event Logs to see who gets into our website and does what. In addition, we have secured all our Cartoons in a file which we can Bulk upload onto our website in case buddy tries one more time.

Ugandans live under this oppressive regime where anything you say, if you cannot be arrested for it or get sued for it, you face your website, blog or social media accounts being shut down.

Featured image is what I think triggered the hacking.
