Kampala, Uganda | THE INDEPENDENT | In a significant development, President Yoweri Museveni is scheduled to inaugurate the long-awaited Judiciary Twin-Tower on the 9th.
The twin-tower project, showcasing architectural prowess and efficient management, has been overseen by Permanent Secretary Pius Bigirimana. Remarkably, Bigirimana led the project to completion within a record time of four years, overcoming challenges posed by a two-year-long global pandemic with severe economic implications.
The Judiciary Twin Tower project stands as a testament to the government’s commitment to modernizing infrastructure and providing a conducive environment for the judicial system. Envisioned for an advanced and efficient judiciary, the twin-tower complex is poised to symbolize progress and innovation, housing two major Courts: Supreme and Appellate.
Supervised by the Permanent Secretary and Secretary to the Judiciary, Pius Bigirimana, from inception to completion, the Twin Tower not only impresses with its imposing structure but also stands out for the extraordinary facilities housed within.
This twin-tower complex offers amenities that go beyond conventional expectations for a judicial building, solidifying its status as a landmark in Uganda’s pursuit of a modern and effective judiciary.
