It came as a shock to me too.

Ugandans who are poor will be arrested for being poor.

Nabbanja also benefitted from the Mabati theft. Karamoja should demand for more. This woman, Nabbanja is now saying that Ugandans who are poor should be arrested anx questioned about why they are poor.

Madame Antoinette, we don’t have cake. We used to have Ugali & Bijanjolo. We don’t have charcoal to boil the beans. We don’t have school fees. The hospitals don’t have medicine. Our roads are in bad shape. We don’t have Ambulances.

But you want to arrest us for being Poor. Who do you serve?
