Uganda Minister of Foreign Affairs was in media saying “Ugandans who starve are stupid”. That guy weighs like 250kg. A World Bank report some years ago said 11M of Ugandans are malnourished and many live on 1 meal a day. Uganda’s population is 45M. Our politicians are gluttons.
