Today’s Church Story – 14 January 2024

http://dlvr.it/T1Mmmt />

I went to the early service (8:30am) instead of my usual 10:30am attendance.

Why early? Well, lately, it has been raining and pouring, so sleep is a luxury.

I am not gonna tell you what Fr. Brent said as he is starting the 10:30am service as I write. The 10:30 service is streamed on the Anglican Parish Shediac FB page. You can even tune in now if the Spirit moves you.

It was about LISTENING. This is why we have 2 ears and one mouth. To listen more than we talk.

In this tech heavy world, many of us spend time on our phones while eating with family or friends. Please shut off the phone and talk and listen.

Also, when you get a call, shut off the TV or radio and give undivided attention to the person calling you.

MLN
Have a great week. God bless you and everyone you hug.
