Family of Bazibu pursue court action
The Family of a jailed NRM cadre Francis Bruno Bazibu has gone back to the Highcourt -civil division for orders that the said Bazibu be remanded back to a civilian prison at Kitalya from the Military barracks at Makindye. The relatives led by Bazibu’s wife, Phiona Namazzi contend that after the arrest and subsequent charging of her husband before the General court-martial, he was remanded to Kitalya government prison by the court’s chairman Lt.
