HOME MADE REMEDY FOR COLD / FLU

OPTION A
1. Garlic
2. Lemon
3. Honey

Crash garlic and put it in hot water.  Squeeze half some lemon into it.  Add 1 tablespoon of honey.  Drink this as you would drink tea.  It will un congest you and heal you.

OPTION B

2. Lemon

Crash a lot of garlic. Completely crash.  Put in a mix of a lot of honey.  Take a table spoon 3 times a day. It will be a very strong taste.  To kill the smell of garlic, suck on the lemon. IN FACT, always suck on a lemon after eating food with strong smells. Lemon cleanses the breathe.

Do not forget that if you are running a fever by day three of the cold, go see a doctor.  EVEN on day 1, if you are running a fever which does not go down after panadol, take your kabina to a doctor.

OTHER THINGS:
Get a lot of rest. Sleep a lot.
Keep warm. If you do not have a wife or husband in the cold regions of Uganda, light a sigiri to keep you warm at night. OR buy a thick blanket.
Try to eat healthy. Fruits, vegetables. No fried foods.  Soup helps a lot all the time.
