UGANDA: Process of becoming a teacher in Quebec Canada – Immigration
MARTHA LEAH NANGALAMA – My job (pro-bono) is to give you information which, if you read it, will help you to avoid being scammed. There are many Scammers in Uganda and many are charging exhorbitant amounts of money to get people visas to Canada. I am sure you read your own news. Recently, a company has popped up saying the Government of the Province of Quebec is desperately recruiting teachers from Uganda. Please WAKE UP!!! If you are too lazy to read and follow directions, I can put you in touch with someone in Uganda who specialises in these things.
Preschool, elementary and secondary school teachers—general and vocational education —practise an occupation regulated by the Ministère de l’Éducation et de l’Enseignement supérieur (MEES).
To teach in a preschool, elementary or secondary school, teachers must hold a teaching licence issued by the MEES. This licence ensures the qualifications of teaching staff.
No teaching licence is required to teach in college and university institutions. Each post-secondary educational institution hires its own teaching staff and evaluates teaching qualifications according to its own rules.
