World bank tips Uganda on prudent management of natural resources

The World Bank is urging Uganda to critically maintain stock of value on its natural resources of land and ecosystems arguing that it could enable sustained economic growth if well managed. Raffaella Cervini, a Senior Economist and Manager in-charge of the Wealth Accounting and Valuation of Ecosystems Services, says that  National Devt Plan III must consolidate this program.
